FETTUCINE WITH CRAB
This is so good, but careful with the calories...
2 tablespoons olive oil1 large onion, diced1 teaspoon minced garlic1 cup diced carrots1/2 cup diced celery18 medium size ripe plum tomatoes, peeled and seeded1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon pepper3 tablespoons butter1 cup crab meat, flaked1/2 cup crab fat1 teaspoon basil1/2 teaspoon paprika1/2 kilo fettucine
Saute garlic in oil until slightly brown. Add onions, cook until transparent.Add tomatoes, carrots, celery, salt, pepper, butter, basil.Stir the sauce well for 20 minutes. Add all remaning ingredients.Set aside sauce.Cook pasta al dente. Serve with marinara on top of pasta.Accompany with lots of garlic bread.
